"The class closed due to lack of attendees. I think the skipping warm up put folk off, it was hard!" Warm ups seem to be brutal across the board, I do Jujitsu so ours can be a killer, I've seen the warm up to the class next door and it seems equally as bad | |||

If you're attacked for real then injury is out of your control. I suspect they won't let you just try it again, & again, and again ![]() | |||
