who is having to make other arrangements for travel due to the floods

I heard the M23 was shut earlier ...routes headed for Gatwick

The main road by work is completely flooded. It's right by where they are putting hs2 sothe drains are all blocked up with mud.

There was apparently a mudslide in Guildford earlier which caused chaos with the trains

Northampton Somewhere

My road is flooded, it happens every time we have continuous rain. It must cost the council loads to send someone out, I don't know why they don't just sort it out properly. Oh, I do actually NCC are in a financial mess!!!
