Who has already eaten far too many Mince Pies already ??

I bought a box of 6 and now have to go to the effort of buying more .

It's not my fault though , I dropped the box so damaged the goods inside , so it was est them or throw them away

I will make mincemeat and sultana muffins instead

Lot of pastry hardly any filling

I will make toffee puddings for my Christmas pudding

I made some yesterday as had visitors . I'm actually just eating the remainders now ! I did make 60 in November for the local British legion for there fund raiser, but didn't eat any ..

I offered as the lady organising it had been let down at the last minute. I also made 60 sausage rolls, a slab of fruit cake and a slab of ginger cake.

Aldi salted caramel with the crumble topping. Far too many now. Am regretting arranging meets in the peak of the mince pie and baileys season that's for sure.
