You gotta be careful. Some foods can be high fibre, but not very clean to wipe. Which can agitate the piles. Id start drinking more water, maybe try increasing All-bran breakfast cereal and porridge oats. Use moist toilet tissue. And and your pharmacist for anusol HC (hydrocortisone). Eat less take away food. Cut down on white bread and pizza.

Oh dear..you have my sympathy..Warm baths are useful and eat fruit,

all bran etc to keep regular.Buy anusol or other creams and avoid passive anal intercourse and as others have said...get advice from surgery or pharmacy..
