Who else uses these cook books and what is your favourite recipe? Just had the hash brown breakfast bake. It was delicious.

We have just got the new one, so not tried anything out of that one yet.

Hard to choose a favourite from the first one

I had fajita wrap things the other night and I'm making the lasagne tonight. Can't remember if I got those from the book or the website.

Not yet, I've mostly made stuff from the website but I've got both books at the weekend, and there's not much in them I wouldn't try!

I keep hearing about these books, the recipes so far sound a bit carb heavy for someone who has to watch their blood sugar. Do they have any that are low carb?

I have avoided looking at them because the word "nom" puts me off. Daft I know

Yeah I did the stuffed meatballs last week. They are a bit fiddly but worth it

They have a lot of curry’s that are carb free. Honestly they are tasty. Had chicken Dopiaza last night, it was gorgeous.

I tried making the hash browns. It was a disaster. The meatballs look fiddly. Is it worth it?
