"I think I would try and live every day like it was my last and stop worrying about what other people thought. An example of this would be making all photos (including face) public as at the moment I am so paranoid of anyone I know spotting me on a swingers website but to my mind it is nothing to be ashamed of - we all have needs and desires yet I still somehow feel ashamed and guilty?
