Problem with new wand

So, my usb mini wand arrived today, I’ve charged it, but it won’t work .

Anyone got any troubleshooting tips, I was really looking forward to trying it.

Is it one with a button or a wheel to switch it on? Some with buttons require a long press rather than a quick press to switch on.

Without knowing the brand of wand, I can only offer some generic advice.

It's unlikely that the wand will turn on if it is still plugged in to charge.

Most wands have a power on button that needs to be activated before hitting the mode button.

If you have worked your way though the troubleshooting section in the instruction manual then, unfortunately, you may have a defective product.

Telephone, and email, customer service tomorrow and, hopefully, you'll have a working wand in time for the holidays.

Usually when I have an electrical item which doesn't work, I bang it against the wall or drop it from a height.

It can mend it.

I left mine to charge for 24 hours. After a few months of owning it it broke anyway!! annoying x

You said it arrived today and its fully charged, I read some can take up to 24hrs to charge. Could this be the case?

You’d have thought Lovehoney would have known that , now I have to chat again and cancel the one they’re sending
