I'm not far behind you OP. I'm finding it an incredibly empowering time. I'm feer than I have been, single, children need me less, I care less about things that used to bother me. My body is doing it's ageing thing but I'm fitter than ever in some ways and can still do cartwheels with my daughter.

Make life fit you and who you are!

im 37 and my body is not what it used to be. i loathe it to be honest but short of plastic surgery i may learn to live with it. gym helps a bit but sure look happens to us all. except supermodels and actresses for some reason. hmmmm
