How to get my phone cam on?

Hi when I go onto chat how do I get my cam to work when I'm on my phone ? Or cant you use your phone ? .

You used to be able to if you use Puffin browser... but it's not supported by Apple and I don't know if it works any more with later Android ... but that's your only hope if you want to can with your phone in the chat rooms
