Hell yes! Pursue the truth til I die!

" I guess the point is that wasn’t the topic But I’m my opinion the topic falls under preferences. And the examples given are also people’s preferences that should be respected without having to explain themselves "

No one HAD to explain themselves.

People choose to enter the discussion.

Were we all born with our preferences? Or were we conditioned by society? Do we have a duty to challenge our own preferences? Is it going to help change in society to say “I just do”.

I think these are interesting questions.

I would argue that many more women now, than 50 years ago, will be open to sex with black or bisexual men.

What has changed in that time? Certainly not genetics. What’s changed is that there is less racism and homophobia in our society.

What I infer from that is this - whether people like to admit it or not, their “preferences” may be driven by societal conditioned homophobia (or racism, etc etc).

Quote from previous:

Most of the topics on the forums, could have the answer of 'preference'.

I think some people might want more of a deeper answer of why....

Nobody is disrespecting of anybodies choices

I'm a bi guy and almost all the messages I receive are from straight guys profiles

The fact is that all the women who are saying that they don't sleep with bi guys probably already have, they just didn't know it

If you look on the first thread I did mention that it’s 2019 etc. And that if 2 girls kiss it’s game on. If 2 guys kiss it’s frowned upon. I don’t believe in double standards

There are loads of guys who have been meet verified by other men and either hide their verifications or lie and say they're from socials.

It's a shame really that people have to hide who they are for fear of being judged

Well in the short 5 years on fab that I've been on fab, bi men have gone from being a rarity to a common occurrence. Clearly they were always there just waiting for someone trailblazers to break the ice. Has society changed? Definitely.

It would be really great if that was available as a filter. I understand your frustration and don't blame you. I am on the flip side I hardly ever message anyone (except today when a profile stole my heart) so it's uncomfortable to be tarred with the same brush as people who don't respect preferences.

Playing in a public couples room in Secrets at PDI we were approached by a Spanish couple who asked to join us. Although they didn't speak any English we somehow communicated that everyone was bi and a smoking hot session ensued. All this in full view of other couples. No one batted an eye.

So the whole bi thing is geospecific as well.

Nope, we don't want males who play together to play with us, why is that contradictory? It's called a preference from bi males not being arsed to even read the first line of our profile and contact us, a filter would stop the problem for us.

It wouldn't take away anything from them, many many men listed as straight on fab are fucking other men already. In fact, being "straight" can make them seem more attractive, a challenge if you like. Men don't struggle to find other men on here, but they do struggle to find women and couples. So lots would just lie.

I’m open about it just block me and be done with it. I advise anyone who reads my profile to block me as I make all my undesirable characteristics quite clear in my profile text.

That said it would be helpful to be able to block all bi guys if you’re not interested. After all it’s just a preference.

How about this? I am bisexual no doubt about it. But. I have three fab profiles. One with the lovely Miss C as a couples profile, where we meet couple, men, women etc. One as a single male on fabswingers to meet women. One on fab guys to meet men.

So I'm not on fab to meet guys. I block single men from messaging me. For all intents and purposes I'm straight. I do have veris from men and TV/TS/CD people that I've met off my couples profile.

But I could just as easily put straight male because that what this profile is for.

Someone quoted some interesting stats on the previous thread that suggest actually swingers (particularly older, and female) were most likely to carry infections.

Someone quoted some interesting stats on the previous thread that suggest actually swingers (particularly older, and female) were most likely to carry infections. "

The more partners then presumably the more chance if catching something.. at least play safe people's . Condoms reduce the risk

"Can Fab create a 'bi male' filter to stop them contacting us, it's the first line of our profile but we still get constant messages from them.

Is it contradictory that the F is bi but you have such a disdain for bi men?

Nope, we don't want males who play together to play with us, why is that contradictory? It's called a preference from bi males not being arsed to even read the first line of our profile and contact us, a filter would stop the problem for us.

It really wouldn't. If there was a bi male filter, more bi males would just list themselves as straight.

But that would take away the 50% of bi males they've more chance with, so not sure they would as single women and bi couples are harder to meet.

It wouldn't take away anything from them, many many men listed as straight on fab are fucking other men already. In fact, being "straight" can make them seem more attractive, a challenge if you like. Men don't struggle to find other men on here, but they do struggle to find women and couples. So lots would just lie.

Yes, but their 'straight' male meets are a kind of a dead give away

Only if they choose to display those veris "

Agree, but a filter would rule out enough to stop them messaging us.

It's just our preference and a waste of theirs and our time as we'd never meet them, we don't even meet bi male couples, it's nothing personal, it's just not our bag to meet them.

I’m straight, but I don’t think the women I have met from Fab wouldn’t give a stuff if I was bi. But I think I would have more luck with couples if I said I was bi.

I don't see the problem myself. Being bi doesn't mean you have no restraint and would feel the urge to force yourself upon someone. Boundaries after all should be discussed before hand.

For those of you that missed this line of reasoning here it is again. The comparison was made between bi men and straight men.

Bi men are more likely to get into swinging than straight men.

Swingers are more likely to get STDs than non swingers.

Therefore the comparison is one of swinging bi men vs non swinging straight men.

If people want to do these studies they need to compare people from the same demographic.

The study showed there was more chance of getting an STD from a swinger than a prostitute. And on gender lines female swingers had more STDs than men.

I personally don't give a shit. I say I'm bi and if that's not the ladies thing then move on and find one that does. You tend to find that being bi you're very open to peoples sexual preferences but we should really take the time to read peoples profiles instead of just messaging with "hey" at the sight of a "nice cock".

Just find those that suit your needs and try your best to meet theirs

Many people reject people because of who they have fucked before. There's a man I wouldn't fuck even if he dipped his cock in bleach.

It's best to be honest and accept yourself . I am bi and don't hide the fact. Some people will be ok with that and some won't. It's life and we accept other people's choices x
