Verifications abroad

Do verifications not load up immediately abroad?? I'm on the Canaries and someone verified me and it does not show on their sent veris nor on mine

30 mins later I tried to verify them, with the same result. It has been over 2 hours since

Maybe it’s flight was delayed?
