There was a thread recently where two friends posted they'd disappeared off each others list, but neither had removed the other. The most likely scenario however is that they've simply deleted you. Message them and ask, then you'll get your answer.

Friend of mine keeps getting deleted off and cant contact support for help even tho she site supporter.

I send messages havin a conversation with other friend and suddenly shows as unread sent 5 messages in half hour and nothing gets thro
