My birth home city but moved away at 5 years old with Dad's career. But worked there briefly in the mid-80's.

Miss lots of things, mainly food oriented.

Scotch Pies (City Bakeries used to be good).

Plain loaves. (especially with the crusty heel at each end).

Irn-Bru in glass bottles - seems to taste better than the stuff south of the Border.

Tattie Scones, Crumpets, Soor Plooms. ABC's.

Proper Lorne Sausage!
