"I'm a bit offended you only asked the guys! Basically everything Mr. Monkey says. Also doing daily cardio will hinder your muscle growth. You can still do cardio but keep it to short bursts and don't do it every day." Apologies for my passive sexism I need to lose the remaining belly do cardio is necessary. Lol

"Just buy a tee shirt two sizes too small, training,as you call it twice a day is pointless,no room for adaptation" Confucius say, "T shirt never too small for gym guy, gym guy always too big for T shirt". That's the mindset to adopt

Lol" Its insanely difficult/virtually impossible to lose fat and gain muscle at the same time I'm afraid. You'll lose muscle as well as fat as you lose weight and due to needing a calorific surplus to gain muscle mass, you usually gain a little body fat if rapidly gaining muscle mass. I'd personally suggest trying to lose body fat first then concentrate on gaining muscle mass but you can do it the opposite way round too. I just hate undoing too much of my hard work trying to do it that way

The whole reason I chose to play rugby was you get more time gathering your breath back than in football

You do however need to do your research, eat clean, manage your macros train, rest, rinse and repeat. Be patient and the results come.

"Ha, I bet this isn’t what you were expecting. I’m after a bit of assistance. Okay, so lately I’ve been going to the gym twice a day and the increase in muscle mass while pumped is there all day, but when I only go once a day I feel like the pump doesn’t last long and I feel like I’m not putting on any size what so ever. So am I not consuming enough or what? I bet yous thought this was an appreciation post.. well it kind of is. I appreciate the knowledge " The 'pump' is just the muscle filling with oxygen-rich blood during your workout which is why the muscle soon shrinks post workout. Actual muscle growth takes place away from the gym and is a combination of good nutrition and rest although it is of course initiated by the gym/exercise. Twice daily workouts is complete overkill. Unless your some sort of pro athlete.
