Do they come with an indicator? Or is it an optional extra?

If there is an indicator, I'm guessing I just ignore it?

I think indicators are an optional extra.

Indicators are extra, but hazard lights come as standard as they allow you to park on double yellow lines.

Yep. Also no need for wing mirrors as everyone will just move out of your way anyway.

Diagonally Parked in a Parallel Universe

You also get exclusive use of the outside lane of a motorway.

"Do they come with an indicator? Or is it an optional extra?

It's an unnecessary optional extra,

I went for the flashing highbeam instead which automatically kicks in when I get 6 inches off someone's rear bumper

having indicators are the least of the troubles when you have a BMW ..there are currently 5 in the workshop with major surgery type work on them

You have to go on a course on how to operate them , same as Audi ( apparently)

Not the case anymore with all the cars, they've cheapened the MSport badge in my opinion by making it a trim level of some very basic family cars

I had a 218 m sport while my car was being serviced and it was just a family tourer imo

Ps I love the proper m sports

Indicators are optional not required, so are the mirrors both external and internal, Engine BHP must exceed brain function ability, the down side is that the steering system only works in the outside lane of the motor way and as a driver you will notice that the headlights will automatically flash the driver in front just to let him or her know that you are just five feet off their rear bumper.

Oh so this is why my Range Rover suddenly does an emergency stop and I see the shark attack look of the driver in my rear view mirror

They are fitted to all models it's the owner who has to read the manual to find location of switch gear normally located behind steering wheel but as we all know men don't read manuals as it is thought to make us look weak so hence BMW drivers don't use them

Tbh, I didn't really choose it.

After waiting 14wks for the Ford, I'd ordered & still no delivery date.

I was getting annoyed!

So started looking round other dealers, BMW offered me the best deal

I'm more than happy though, I love my Basil

However, they do come with a standard horn that automatically hoots at the driver in front within a micro-second of the lights turning green.

They have them but BMW drivers never use them as they are not used to having a stalk that sticks out more than 3 inches.

I paid extra for the option where the horn sounds at the driver in front "before" the lights turn green

I’d not touch a bmw with a bmw! I just don’t think they are very good compared to other German cars. Depends on what you’re Loki g for - sports performance - pureblood spirt- power and comfort? Oh and your budget. I’ve driven German cars only for 12 years. None were Bavarian
