So I've just had my nipples pierced today. Looking to hear from other women who have them done. What's the best thing to use to clean and to get good, quicker healing? Any tips on how to sleep tonight lol!

Sleep on your back and don't mess with them let them settle.

Don't change the jewellery until they are fully healed. And use a saline solution on a cotton bud to clean around the area

Aylesbury

Tea tree oil also helps with the healing, I think.

Just use salted warm water to clean or soak the area. Remove any crust build up in shower with a cotton wool bud. Dont do as I do and catch your shower loofah in the bar!!!! Ouch.

Wait for at least a month before you think about changing the bar. They insert a longer one to allow for swelling. I still need to get mine changed to a shorter one.

It will be fine. I have had multiple body piercings and nipple is one of the less problematic ones. Enjoy it...I do!!

Clean them using either warm salty water or saline and a cotton bud in the morning and night before bed as well as when you are in the shower.

Would recommend that you didn't change the jewellery for at least 8 weeks and clean with saline for a few weeks after changing as you might still get some crusting at the edge of the nipples.

As a man I would like to know how you ladies benefit from nipple piercings?

Does it increase sensation ?

Feel good when bar twiddled with ?

Feel any better when sucked ?

Just curious!!

I'm curious

I used salt dissolved in boiling water and left to cool, and just let the shower rinse them off. Be very careful not to catch them and enjoy them, I love mine.

Just use rock salt in hot water cooled down nothing else you will end up doing damage if you try other things there is no quick way of them healing unfortunately
