Jack Merritt’s father is using his son's death to score political points 2 days before an election.

Is this something you would or wouldn't do?

I’m sorry but how do you know he’s trying to ‘score points’ ?

In what way is he doing this?

I don't think a parent who's grieving for a son killed in that way has just one motive for his actions.

Do you feel he should have kept his mouth shut.

Dignity doesn't come in to grief.

His son is dead. Who are we to judge....

Only after the Tory party ignored his explicit request not to politicise the death and some UKIP idiot told him that his son's death was his own fault due to his political beliefs.

I dont see it as political point scoring. I see it as standing up for his son's beliefs and respecting his memory

I think the headlines are that jack's father is accusing Boris Johnson of scoring election points.
