If we live in the past or dwell overly on the future we risk losing the wonder of now. We've become goal-obsessed, I fear and when we pursue an endless succession of targets and objectives we become slaves to them. Have a destination in mind but don't forget to enjoy the ride... | |||

Tbh I don't practice mindfulness and it would depend on the strengths and weaknesses of each individual. I listened to a combination of books which helped me by being aware of the connections between different behaviours and where they stem from in an evolutionary point of view. Brain fog is something I suffer with and I'm listening to a book called unlimited memory it's great. Audible was the best thing I did ![]() ![]() ![]() | |||
