...Before or while you are on a meet.

Do you refrain from certain foods?

OMG! I never did work out what I had eaten, but I remember a couple of years ago having the most horrendous farts during a meet! ...you know, the kind that singe yer nostril hairs

I was tied to bed at the time so couldn't run out the room and they just kept coming... I think I actually cried from sheer embarrassment! he thought it was hilarious and did have to leave the room more than once... I think he was just evil and enjoyed the fact that I was soooo mortified

I love a good queue-clearer... but it's not always me that drops it...

Sprouts! I can't stand them myself and do NOT find it humurous when people fart and then laugh about what sprouts do to them. Don't fookin eat them if they do that to you! Especially not around me!

I suppose the combustables are to be given a miss, such as beans, curry etc.

A little hint of garlic or similar wouldn't really matter but I'd avoid stuff like stinky cheese, pickle onions and eggs and so on.

Just another thought, does what you eat the same day or day before come out through the pores of your skin or down below if it was a strong food?

I believe it takes 24 hours for it to work through a man's system and come out in his sperm. Literally.
