Carbs. Lots of them . Tiger bread with butter , then a big roast dinner. Lots of fluids and some paracetamol.

This is why I am glad I don't drink, just cannot cope with the aftermath.

Works Xmas party and I had a great night, danced rings around the younger ones and pulled twice! Haha

Its just called a Dutch crunch because of how you make it. The sesame oil guves it aroma, and then the painted on rice paste dries up and breaks the skin while baking.

Only real hangover I've ever had was after drinking the local made rum in the Dom Rep.. It was a 36hr bender though
