She is off to church and is listening to gospel.

For me it’s Kind of Blue by Miles Davis or A Love Supreme by John Coltrane. No matter what gets thrown at me those two pieces of music just makes the world a more chilled out place.

I was listening to Maria Callas sing "Un bel di, vedremo" from Madame Butterfly last night. That transports me.

It does depend on my mood though another time it can be Beth Hart or Gregory Porter or Led Zeppelin

Have a listen to "I Giorni". I think it's been in some adverts so you might recognise it, but its beautiful.

"She is off to church and is listening to gospel.

Although I'm atheist, I do recognise "the soul" as the core of "one's self". To me, all music feeds that soul in one way or another and the simple presence of music is enough to make my life better.

Spookily that came up on one of my Amazon Prime playlists this afternoon .

I do recognise the piece but I couldn't tell you what the advert was

Pink Floyd affect my mood more than any other band. Early Kate Bush albums. A really good voice will always rock my world.

Motown, Blues, Jazz and Classical. Any of the above genres would be good for me for audio based therapy
