Second date the result

Went on the second date yesterday

A ballon ride, champagne and chips. Followed by a walk along a river and woods. Italian meal to follow. The lady was very happy that someone had thought enough to plan a dare instead in her words "drink food and expecting a fumble"

So to everyone that gave ideas of what to do thank you very much, you helped make two people smile and laugh.

Well talking about things found out she watches top gear and loves cars. I was thinking of borrowing a DB9 for the day so she can drive a car she has always wanted to a maybe a pinic.

wow what class you have . I had a friend who would send me 12 red roses .. door bell would ring theres the flower ladys .. did this 4 times. That made me smile too xxxx glad your date was lovely xxxx

Not for a meet, but for a date yes. But give me a nice bottle of cava over champagne any day

My sister made the rod for my back talking me up to all the ladies that she works with. Romantic probably not so much so but I do remember the saying it's nice to be important but more important to be nice.

She has been though a pretty crap time and had quite a hard break up a few years back so is quite withdrawn were men are concerned. In all my relationships always tried to treat the lady right and I have already said that not every date would be wow what a date, but it has taken pressure off her being completely alone but also meant we have been able to talk. In my defense if we decided to call it a day we have laughed and smiled.

So lovely to read this thread still some nice folk out there and its nice if a meet or normal date. If i meet a special lady and a meet i always bring strawberrys and champs. Hope it all has a happy ending good luck x
