Being told you're someone you are not

I've just received a message from a guy who has my profile name listed on his profile along with others. Stating we are all the same person.

I am absolutely disgusted and livid at this.

I've reported him to admin but now scared that people will have seen it and believe his frickin bullshit

Just ignore the twunt. He’s clearly got issues with himself If we see profiles listing members like that we block and report them. Admin will get to it eventually. He’s just making himself look an arse. X

Thank you. I had an old profile a few months ago and deleted it but decided to come back on. So opened this one.

It just infuriates me that he has me listed on his profile and states that we are all same person....a hooker.

He's only been on a week himself

His profile will probably deter most, if not all, decent people, so I'd relax about it.

We had others we met being contacted and using us as some kind of endorsement, hence why we don't show veris, but we will gladly show them at a social. Not quite the same thing but when crazy crap like that happens it can be really unsettling.

If it's any consolation, we tend to put anyone who does that type of stuff on our not list and just block them, we're pretty sure that we aren't alone in doing the same thing.

Seems to be the new thing to do when someone is rejected, I had a similar thing last night because I wasn't willing to meet someone it must of been because I'm a fake an not because I wasn't interested. Its infuriating but gotta look past it some right fools about

Thanks everyone.

He's told he has it on "good authority" that we are all same person and that there is a "daddy" involved too.

He's just an arse and I need to try and forget what what he's said.

He's a chancer, the more you responding the more he'll keep on at you.

Block his arse, straighten your crown and move on x

I once had something similar years ago

“Hi Gemma. I know it’s you” (not my name!)

“Sorry you’re mistaken. I’m not Gemma”

“Whatever Gemma, you silly cow”

I've had this a few times. I've also had multiple messages off people who had spoken to a girl who used to have a profile in our local area. I actually know her and apart from being a similar age and having dark hair there isn't much similarity but I've had many messages with her real name in them. Awkward.

I had similar experience the other day. A guy messaged repeatedly insisting I was someone called Jo. I actually think it was just a weird attempt to get a response.
