Mm sweeet. Market with daughter and friends who have a stall. We got so cold we needed to dance by the fire at home, grown ups drinking gin.

Kids in bed, school uniforms drying on the radiators.

Mama has a few days child free from tomorrow. No drama, simple and sweet, everyone well fed and happy!

I had to take one of my dogs to the vets for the last time and stroked her head as she slowly slipped away. I cried like a baby and I don’t know how I drove home afterwards.

She was the most giving of dogs and didn’t have a bad bone in her body. Rest easy little one, Chase as many balls as you like over the Rainbow Bridge, you deserve eternal happiness. Thank you for all of the joy you brought to my life, you enriched it and will leave a huge hole behind. Your two sisters can’t work out where you’ve gone which in itself is heartbreaking.

I will miss you and our walks and those joyful moments so much.
