Hi guys after a bit of fab advice

When I drop my kids off there is a lady in the playground who always makes a point to come over and chat with me, I initially thought she was just being nice etc. However she only ever talks to me.

The thing that’s confusing most is though she constantly mentions her husband around conversations.

Am I going mad or am I right in thinking that she maybe trying to hint along the lines of “ I’m interested but I’m married, I’ve told you so if anything happens it’s your fault now”

To be fair I’d run a mile from a woman I knew was cheating, it’s not worth the hassle and a black eye.

I’m just confused why she constantly tells me about her other half, more so that I’ve never given her any clues I might be interested in her and she keeps making effort to chat with me?????

She is maybe making an extra effort to be nice because she is aware you are a man in a situation that is often predominantly women & school gates can be quite cliquey places at times.

Either that or she's lining you up as a potential 3rd for a threesome!

This might come as a huge shock but women are capable of enjoying the company of a man without it meaning she wants to bone him. If she repeatedly mentions her husband I would say it is unlikely she is looking for more than friendship. In most situations if you're wondering if there is more to something and that more requires the other person to be operating under some bizarre and complicated thought process, you're usually reading too much into it. Cheating partners would be far more likely to hide the fact they have a partner than to make it obvious that they do and hope that something still happens despite them making no clear indication that that is what they want.

You're not interested in her beyond chatting, her motives are irrelevant.

It could be that she's being friendly to you as a lone make and mentions her husband so that you realise that.

Why not just generally chat back, instead of thinking "is this her coming in to me" accept it for what it is. Stop trying to minutely examine everything and be friendly back.

It may develop into something else... but then again it may just be she wants someone to chat to

I generally prefer talking to women than men. In work and personal life. I spend a lot of time chatting to ladies. I enjoy and feel more relaxed in their company. But it doesn't mean I have an ulterior motive.

The chances are she's just chatty.

My guess is she'll let you know if she wants anything other than that.

Op, when she chats is she just talking about mundane things or is she doing the flirty, giggly, touching your arm, looking in to your eyes, standing slightly too close thing?

Some women crave male attention and will work hard to get it and you're obviously picking up a signal here. However a lot of women will happily chat to someone with no ulterior motive whatsoever. I think you should assume she's just being friendly until you have evidence to the contrary

Yes very touchy feely type and smily etc.

Telling me she’s out in town for a drink,?then saying things like might see you around etc.

I think my original post has caused a few dramas.

I’m not trying to pull her. I just noticed how she is constantly mentioning her other half. That’s what confused me.

I do talk to other ladies too, but they never do this.

I clearly have a tiny brain, as women in general confuse me.
