Do you love yourself?

Not in the showey off way as 'oh my god, I am so hot, so perfect, I love myself' I am better than others'...

More in the way of being happy with yourself and who/how you are.

We both do, (apart from Mrs wobbly parts) but we are very happy and content with ourselves, the hard times we have overcome, the things we have encountered in life and dealt with, the things we have achieved in life, where we are now in our lives gives us inner contentment and happiness.

I find positivity in most situations and those nightmarish ones I made it through and beyond. On this basis I would say I'm happy within myself

I am content. I accept myself as I am. I have a very good work life balance and do work that I love. I spend time doing things that nurture me and have family and friends I love dearly. I look to learn and improve myself on a daily basis, but I’m much more gentle with myself and significantly less self-critical than I was when I was younger. I think I do love myself.
