My last meet I was worried too as I did back the day of the meet and my grip totally went in one of my hands . I regained it a few hours later luckily! | |||

My last meet I was worried too as I did back the day of the meet and my grip totally went in one of my hands . I regained it a few hours later luckily! At least one person gets it! Your grip went, how come? Deadlifts? Pull-ups?" It's a problem I've had in my left hand when I really hammer it. Unfortunately my hand tends to give out on me well before my body does. Also I'm working various parts of my back but but every excercise is working my hands/forearms. It's getting better over time. That time I did deadlifts, bent over rows, wide and close grip lat pull downs, single then double straight arm pull downs, face pulls, reverse flys. | |||
