I’m giving it a go this year, I have all I need for one in my garden and I’ve dehydrated some oranges and slices.

Has anyone done one and got any advice?

Are you actually making the wreath itself or just decorating one?

There are quite a few courses going on right now. Not sure if you will be able to get on one now though as they are very popular this time of year for some reason.

Incidentally, I was in a little Norfolk village at the weekend and there were two wreath making courses going on at the same time...

I'd suggest you tube it...

Well, I was looking for an oasis for ages but couldn’t get one. In the end of I’ve ended up with something similar to an oasis but what will hold all the fern / holly in place.

Florist wire will help but isn't vital if you've got oasis type stuff. Otherwise just keep adding stuff until it looks right. It's great fun and very satisfying. I looked in the charity shops for things like fake red berries etc.

Have fun

You will find florist wire on Amazon or in a florist (obviously )

Use oasis or moss around a wire frame.

Use florist wire to bind the holly leaves in small bunches before adding to the wreath.

Decorate with ribbons. Dried fruit. Cinnamon
