Toast or just bread ?

I often have either toast or bread. But always HP (not brown sauce - has to be HP)

Exaxtly this, but with farmhouse granary bread. I live it when the bread goes all gooey soaking up the egg yolk.

HP has gone all gloopy with this weird aftertaste, full of fillers.

I'm on Branston fruity these days, slightly crisp edged bacon on a buttered crispy Morton's roll.

Baguette or sourdough. Preferably the warm fat from the bacon lightly touching the bread. Avocado or guacamole and black pepper.

Wholemeal bread, butter, crispy smoked back bacon.

No sauce, occasionally a sprinkle of grated cheese melted on, and sometimes scrambled egg.
