My new fave burger is a homemade Italian job, sliced ciabatta roll(none of that jank brioche)smeared with garlic butter and toasted, a beef patty seasoned with oregano and chilli, topped with rocket, mozzeralla and chunky marinara sauce(also homemade of course).
