All the lonely people, where do they all come from?

As the days get shorter and the nights longer, let's all remember to think of those alone and without company.

A few words, a brief visit, a call.. it can make a big difference to many who find themselves alone and in dread of the dark nights ahead.

Way over Yonder, that's where I'm bound

On here you could find that thread with no posts and make someone's day.

Older people might not know about SilverLine and the Campaign to End Loneliness - both have helplines for a chat.

Erm.... Not to ruin your sentiment OP, and hey, it's a truly lovely sentiment

But on behalf of all the people alone, with a playlist, a fire lit, a few droopy candles and a rather fine Beaujolais.... DO we have to answer the phone/door? (asking for a friend)

Loving solitude (which I do) isn't the same as for some people who for the love of them, don't see anyone for a month or more. There are masses of lonely souls in a crowded world.

Most of us, know those who wish to be left alone x

Please open the door, it's cold out here and I want to snuggle by the fire.

Alone isn't the same as lonely.

I have a bag of the orangey variety of easy peelers and I'm easy peel to distract you from the lack of Bombay Mix.
