What things do you want to know about them as soon as possible?

Tea or coffee?

How do you like your breakfast?

Spit or swallow?

What would you ask?

That doesn’t mean you’re out. No music specifics were specified in our posts.

I ask about family/past relationships. You can tell a lot about someone from the way they talk about their family and indeed ex partners.

Oh that’s very true. I agreed to meet someone hinges on the fact that I really liked the way he spoke about his ex wife (who it turns out I knew!)

Yes! If they badmouth/bitch all of their previous partners, it tends to be more a reflection of them - they are the link.

I'd try and pick up vibes that they actually enjoyed my company rather than searching for a good deal.

I've been misled with that before. Start off thinking yea they're into all the same stuff as me then boom out of nowhere the xfactor songs are playing and it's too late, you've already been trapped. Think in future my music interrogation needs to be more thorough and nerdy lol

I like the idea of keeping it up beat and lively but still everyone with the lump in their throat. Quite a bit of Dropkick Murphys, but coffin being carried out to Flogging Molly - If I ever leave this world alive. Because I want them howling with tears by that point....I change the playlist pretty regularly to be fair so it's really going to depend what I was feeling on the lead up to the inevitable lol
