When I'm stressed, either mentally or physically I do this, I learned how to do it on an antenatal course many years ago. Basically you take a seat, breath deeply in through your nose, hold your breathe and slowly exhale taking the time to feel your entire body muscular system relax. I can lower my heart beat by about 15 BPM within minutes now. Takes a little practice, but will slow you down and enables you to regroup. | |||

"AnxietyDoes anyone else suffer with this and would get you out of the Mood on times " No idea of your circumstances and do not want to suggest something you can’t do but if you can, then going to see a therapist that specialises in Anxiety is life changing for many. Rather than trying to stop Anxiety it’s sometimes better to learn how to manage it. This is just from experiences with friends/colleagues who have suffered and I am definitely not an expert | |||
