I switch off, mentally.

Due to my mental health foibles, i cannot stand too many questions in quick succession. It pickles my brain.

One question a week is all folk are allowed with me

Depends on the question and whether from one person or more. Answering questions of each other is how you get to know someone.

If don’t like questions then, if you wish to continue talking to them, turn it into a more naturally flowing conversation

Just delete and block. This is my hobby, not Question Time. Also - if they a) can't read my profile and ask stupid questions or b) don't take the hint when I either ignore them or take the pish out of them delete and block. They wouldn't be for me anyway.

I've started just ignoring questions I don't want to answer. Usually they get bored and stop asking.

I block the madder and more insistent people. I'm guessing I've had to block far fewer people than women have to, though.
