Do you keep any physical mementos of your special meets? Perhaps a train ticket from THAT journey or her lipstick print on your collar to never be washed again? ok.. maybe not thaaat far. Or maybe yes!

Do you gift your friends with little tokens of appreciation? Something to be remembered by?

no, we don't.

I think possibly that single people have a slightly different approach.

I once had a FWB who our thing was a roll of lifesavers on the car window since we worked not to far from each other as the "signal". It was just our game with each other.

Life happened, but the last thing I gave him was that and a little note attached to it. I still have his last pack somewhere I'm sure.

Not really on here as it tends to be more casual . Though I have taken a gift in the past.

If I was seeing someone romantically then yes I probably would.

I'm quite corny in that respect.

Yes i was wondering if it would have been seen as a step into 'romantic' direction? But it doesn't have to be. Just a kind gesture. Or something to laugh about days or weeks later.

Smallest treasures are best. And what a special souvenir to cherish.

.

Yes I do. I'm probably a bit odd but I like baking for people I like so I've made brownies and cakes before. The last date I still have the gig stub from and a little bar napkin with a daft hastily scrolled message on.

Not with meets in this side of our life.

Only in our 'real' life with those we love.

If I go to a meet and I know the person has a cat or dog I usually take some treats..but don't ever take anything for the person I'm meeting.. probably why I never get invited back

Of course. I like to pluck a hair or two of theirs and sellotape it into my little black book

Failing that, I keep the wonderful memories

No, only with romantic relationships. My last item was a parking display ticket from our first date. It’s lasted longer than the relationship

I'm always picking up bits and pieces for friends (platonic or otherwise) or partners - I love gift-giving.

For flings or more casual hook ups I sometimes dress up (or down!) and take 'more special than a selfie' photos, and appreciate receiving well thought out ones too.
