I've just been driving along, merrily doing my pelvic floor exercises in time to some Christmas tunes. Santa Claus is coming to town has a good upbeat feel - keeps you motivated - White Christmas is hella slow though, you have to work hard on those long squeezes!

Any other recommendations?

Ha ha, think I was a bit niche with this thread!

OK then, how about - what ridiculous things do you do in your car, when you think nobody can see?

Or what festive themed workouts of any kind do you do?

Or, I dunno, something else vaguely related?!
