Hi, have any of you had to deal with a colleague who seems to be able to pass the buck and get away with it? How did you handle the situation?

I killed her and hid her body

Seriously, I have one of those.

I took her to one side and told her I know what's shes up to and I wont put up with it.

She denied it obviously but her attitude towards me has changed for the better so far
