Why do so many start with “Well what can I say about...”

I don’t know!! If I knew what you could say I wouldn’t be reading the verification as I’d already know what you’d be saying!!!

Guys are more guilty of this than girls or couples but really... it’s become almost standard like “lol”.

It can also be a positive thing, that there is so much they like about someone they don’t know where to start; or don’t want to ramble on but just pick a couple of good points; or indeed don’t want to say some things and keep it private between the people involved
