It can take a few weeks for caffine to reduce in the system, I used to drink about 20 cups of coffee a day, but was always having bad headaches, now I only have the occasional coffee.

Ps Hope you get rid of them soon, and its always good to get them checked out xx

Drink more water, you need at least 2 litres a day to keep well hydrated. Dehydration is the biggest cause of headaches xx

I was thinking paracetamol addiction..

See a healthcare professional, and if you're not happy with the GPs answers, push for a referral.

Trammys are more fore bone pain and they can cause problems with tummy. They are addictive too. Ps if you still want to take them I have a cupboard full. I also have constant headaches hope you get it sorted

DO be careful with those m8.

Tramadol have some really weird side effects, especially visual disturbances, and the withdrawl effects are very very bad indeed - in severe cases akin to a fully conscious siezure!

Be really careful mate.

If you have pain that severe, get on the phone to the doctors...

OMG no wonder you feeling bad tramadol are horrid meds.. you shouldnt take those if they not prescribed for you.. they are really strong and are not for headaches. they also dont mix with other meds . we have to keep those in the locked in the dangerous drugs cupboard
