Without a million replies saying so and so’s cock, what small things bring you great pleasure.

For me right now, it’s painting my nails with a fresh bottle of polish. It just glides on so smooth

Depends on the quality of the notebook. I'm a big fan of an Oxford Meetingbook, and you can use both sides of that with no bleed-through. Highly recommended.

Looking for a real decent notebook to put my sports research in next year. Do you feel this one would do the trick?

I'm so glad I've never considered myself cool, because this would put the final nail in that coffin!

The Meetingbook is double-margined, which is useful if you use a lot of marks for actions or NBs. It has a header box at the top of every page, and when you tear out a perforated page it is still A4, unlike pukka pads.

I've used gel, fountain and but I and never had bleed-through, though markers might.

The cover is bright orange plastic with elastic corners, not pretty but very durable, and the back cover has flaps to the outside edges so you can store loose papers in there.

The pages are line-marked narrow rather than quadrille, so it would depend whether that's something you'd need.

I used to be able to buy them in Staples, but now I have to get them online. Worth scouting on Amazon and seeing if you like the look of it.

Thank you, I appreciate that. I like finding and then using decent stationery!

We are cool in our own way!
