Ever get a full night's sleep?

Does anyone ever get a full night's sleep? Or is it just me that doesn't?

If it's not me waking up of my own accord, it's being awoken by an inconsiderate driver revving their engine outside my window or an errant alarm clock from the room next to me

There and to the left a bit

Rarely these days - my bladder seems to have a different sense of a "good nights sleep" to the rest of me

When I was young, yes, absolutely a full night's sleep and it was great and something I took for granted.

It all changed when my own kids arrived and that was 25 years ago. It's now rare that I will sleep without disruption for more than 5 to 6 hours

No, I always wake up a couple of times, look at the clock, turn over and go back to sleep.

Glad to know I'm not the only one.

I tend not to ingest caffeine after midday but I definitely guilty of being on my phone (in spite of reducing blue light output) whilst in bed so I'll experiment with leaving it downstairs and report back!

If you count going to bed a bit later and waking up just before the alarm, then yes, last night. Although it's rare for me to sleep through uninterrupted.

I always end up staying up too late and then waking up in the night. The only time I get a really nice full nights sleep is the night I get back from a training exercise with the army, anyone who has served will know what the sleep deprivation is like and how utterly exhausted you are when you get home!

Like others have mentioned, ever since the kids arrived then my nights sleeping pattern is all to shreds!
