do you know that one that women always pull... the one where they quote how much they spend on something, then justify it by saying it was x% off.. and it should of cost "this much"....

and they have the biggest grin while you are thinking "they spent HOW much!!"

I think i have suffered the male eqivilant...

well as you all know hunt for "hippy wagon" is ongoing... had a budget originally of 6k...

friends at car auction, sees a hippy wagon i want... in the trade so knows their stuff....

talks me into buying in but saying how much forecourt value is, and how much it would have been if it had been a trade sell.. and how much i'd be able to get for trade in....

so this slurge has cost me an extra 5k.... looks as if hippy wagon just went corporate........

so how many have has this sort of jedi mind trick played on you..... I'm still trying to work out how i agreed to this.....

A mate and I was out one night and it was his round but seeing as he was chatting to a lovely lass he asked if I'd go to the bar for him and offered me the money to get the drinks in. I told him that if I had to go to the bar I was paying for it, at which point he said, "No chance!" and went himself. He came back five minutes later with our drinks and with a bemused look on his face. I asked him what was wrong and he said, "Don't ever do that to me again."

I went to a Spa Find taster session last nite - cost £10 refundable if buying 2 or more products....spent £124 on product but got 3 freebies n have justified it to myself by saving £10 - female logic eh? Least im gonna have amazingly soft skin
