Hello any one able to help me

My key pad / mouse isnt working. Have reset and updated it but still no joy.

Have a look at your F keys at the top of your keyboard. sometimes there is one to lock it.

Press 'fn' and what ever F key it is and it should work

Basically neither button is now working. Seems to be fine whenever I force shut it down but it wont drag and drop.

what operating system are you running ?

windows 10 is renowned for updates killing certain things on there pcs

I think its windows 10.

Did a new update yesterday. In short the mouse keys arent selecting anything. The mouse arrow moves around

Check for upto date drivers. It may have deleted the mouse pad one on the update.

Could just get a proper mouse to run untill windows sorts the issue out. It's often driver issues following an update

a quick scan quotes that you could have a corrupted explorer page on windows

a possible fix is to replace this file

your mouse is working because you can move your arrow
