As a male, the only problem we seem to have is the post ejaculation refractory period. Those feelings of moral guilt after you get after sex are more painful than getting fucked in the ass. Having said that, it does help me use my brain once in a while rather than using my dick to think all day.

I think there are several pros and cons each way.

Women can get sex easier, but not necessarily good sex with somebody they would want to. Women also can't switch their attraction to men on and off like a switch leading to unwanted attention and more.

Men are more likely to overestimate their attraction to the opposite sex. Women are more likely to underestimate theirs and often have terrible self-image issues.

I do think that a good orgasm for a woman is more all-encompassing and powerful with longer-lasting effects than a man's.

Most sex toys are for women. Most porn is for men.

I'm not sure I could say one is obviously better than another. They are different. However if there is one thing I could choose to experience it would be a really good orgasm in the way a woman does.
