I made one this year for a dinner party, it wasn't great but I was in Germany so I suspect the eggs were just not right wifes flat smelled delicious after I made the lemon filling though.

P was excellent, but I practice making that often. L was wonderful but the M was a bit flat and not as crispy on the outside as I would like. Just need to cook more often, but its just me and the cat here most of the time.
