I need my 8 hours. Any less, I'm either hyper or cranky. Any more, I wake up with a blinding headache

8 is a maximum for me. If i sleep more than 8 then I feel like i can't get out of bed and want to just sleep all day. I feel more awake in the morning after between 6-8 hours

I usually have about six hours. After a while I get tired and one day I will have eight.

Bit like a leap sleep .....

normaly go to bed about 11ish then read for an hour and then up at 05.30 every day Monday to Friday and then sleep in till about 07.30 on the weekends.

In Liverpool city centre for the national go to a Hotel in Sir Thomas street every year, they have champagne breakfast, big screen telly's, a bookies runner, then afternoon tea lol, it's fantastic as everyone dresses up just like at the races

i wake up between 6am and 7am irregardless of what time i go to bed

so i always try and be in bed by 11 and asleep by half past

don't always succeed in that

last fri night it was 4am when i fell into bed (my own at least), so took me most of the wkend to get over that 1

7 hours is ideal... I manage well on 6hrs and I'm happy if I get 8hrs... more than 8 or less than 6 and I can tell.
