Do strong memories good or bad always stay at the forfront of your mind or do they dissappear into the back and only when someone reminds you off something to the come to the front. I tend to be one that just boxes them up and put them to the back of my mind until something relevant makes me think of them. Im also crap at putting dates to memories. I know roughly when things happen but have to think long and hard to when they actually took place

i always remember things i dont need to, and forget the important things. i always write down peoples birthdays just in case i forget. i remember things that happened when i was very young and a lot of bad things i wish i could forget.me and my son where looking at old photos of him when he was little and it only seems like yesterday to me, and he is in his thirties.

I remember all sorts of things - but for some reason phone numbers, pin numbers, access codes etc really stick in my head.

At times thay can come back like it was yesterday. I have alot of very good ones but i have some very bad ones too .Thing do shape your life and make us the people we are ... we live and lean . And we lean to move on and smile as lifes to short to dwell on the passed but look to whats a head.

due to a childhood i'd rather forget i learnt a coping mechanism of hiding memories and this has i think has damaged me memory as i really struggle to remember a lot of things

Mr B has a fantastic memory and when he tells me of something that has happened if i try really hard i can dig it back out but it always seems hazy still rarely clear but yet my memories about our boys seem to be fairly clear maybe as they are something i really want to cherish so i won't let them fade away
