If you're listing them as a 7.5 / 8 that might be part of the problem.

I would suggest it may be best to simply list them mainly as an EU 41 and add UK 7/8 as an extra detail.

I say this because traditionally EU 41 is a UK 7 but UK sizing is really random now. Whereas EU sizing is generally a bit more consistent.

I buy and sell quite a lot of footwear on eBay.
