Considering I just unwillingly got half a thread to try to lick their elbow, it got me thinking, are people easily influenced?

Have you ever been talked into something you wouldn't normally do?

No. Not talked into something. But I’ve changed my mind and done things I normally wouldn’t do. I couldn’t be “talked” into something though.

Yep I'm nothing but a leaf blown in the wind of popular opinion.

On a mooch

Only in as much as a willingness to try something new, step outside your comfort zone, if you don’t try you’ll never know.

I wish there was a sheep emoji.

I think there's more than one level to this. On a sexual level I've had my boundaries pushed, and loved it, does that make me a sheep or just open to shifting my boundaries?

In a moral sense, if you told me to steal something for the hell of it, I wouldn't. In my head, I've my idea of what's right and wrong and that very very rarely changes. I'm very happy to be challenged and questioned on those things, and have changed my opinion based on those challenges.

So no, I rarely get talked into something I don't want to do. I'm a stubborn mule with a strong mind and good heart.

A high percentage of people are sheeple they're influenced very easy. mostly influenced by subliminal messaging and nicely used words and phrases that confuse you.

To an extent yes, In a group, a natural pecking order is established and the majority submit to the dominant individual even if some of the group would normally be dominant in a different situation, hence teams have captains but one of the team could leave and be captain of another team.

It’s also why mob mentality works.

Yep. It's easily observed in every group situation.
