Recent verifications

The complete opposite to most blokes’ posts here:

I’ve met a few from Fab over the past couple of years but recently the ones I’ve met are either people I’ve met before or ones who don’t want to verify.

It’s really nice to build friendships and there’s not really any point writing “I met him again, it was great” but this means I don’t have any recent verifications. Is this a problem or is it just the first one or two that matter; the ones that confirm I look approximately like my pictures and I’m not any more bonkers than they expected?

I’m really happy with the connections I’ve had and the friends I’ve made, but I do like making new friends.

Advise me, o knowledgeable ones

I agree in principle, with the no point in repeat veris thinking, as it looks desperate to me, when I read veris lists and it’s full of the same people over and over..... If you’ve not had a new meet for a while though, and a friend is happy to give you an ‘update’, why not ask them, explain your thinking, then hide an earlier veri from them? Friends are there to help each other

I don't think 3 months from your last verification is a long time.

Repeat veri's reaffirm and give people even greater confidence you are genuine ... just a thought

He's already got 7 from MrsT. I think that's more than enough.

Agreed. I do think talking about it with your friends is a good idea. A recent veri *can* help you get meets - some women like to know you're still active etc and are more likely to meet you if you have one - especially if you're veri'd by someone awesome like me. (not an offer )

I keep my verifications hidden as I find the concept a little bit tacky . That said if someone verified me I'd return the favour.

If I was looking to meet someone I'd also be ok with unhiding them so they could see them .

I don't think that a lot of verifications allude to the things you mention. Sometimes they read a bit like a glowing report on trip advisor!

I agree.

I do show my verification summary so it’s possible to tell when my last one was.

Agreed. Maybe if you end up not having a new one for a while, ask a repeat meet do a new verification and hide the previous one? Though personally I'm not put off by someone not having a verification for a while. If it's close to a year I may ask if they took a break and why though but it wouldn't automatically put me off.

True, I really wish I could put up “He wasn’t quite as much of a twat as I expected. Not quite”

That's the sort of veri I'm aiming towards next time. I think you've completed fab when you get one like that.

If they haven't got a recent veri (within 7 weeks) I assume there's something wrong with them and they aren't meeting anymore. Their cum juices will be all sticky like porridge.

All over the place! Northwesr, , Southwest

I don't display my veris or my summary even though I meet all the time. If people aren't willing to take me at my word and demand proof they're not worthy of my time anyway.
